Design Stage: Locking In Fixture Positions

Rough-In Stage
Rough-in is when we install waste, water and vent pipework in walls and slab before the waterproofer and tiler come in. Everything must be pressure-tested and inspected.
Compliance & Form 4
Bathroom work is Notifiable Work in Queensland. Your plumber must lodge a Form 4 with QBCC — this protects you at resale.
Fit-Off Stage
After tiling, we return to install tapware, toilet, shower rose, waste covers and connect the vanity. Final test and handover.
